A simple way to provide your canaries with fresh, nutritious sprouting seeds.  \n\n<strong>Use:<\/strong>\n\nFirst, soak the seeds in water for 8 to 10 hours. Then rinse them, cover with a cloth, and store in a dark place at room temperature (20 to 22\u00b0C). Next, rinse the seeds once daily, at most twice a day.
