For Maurice Casaert, “Le Veuf” was the logical successor to “Le Quatre Cent Dix-Huit”. After a thorough recovery, this powerful sport mixture builds condition step by step and prepares the pigeons optimally for basketing.
Starting from the well-known Super Special, Maurice enriched the mixture with extra dari, safflower, Maple Peas, and Mung beans. The result is a balanced sport mixture that has been part of one of the most successful feeding systems in Belgian pigeon racing for over thirty years. With this feeding system, Maurice Casaert achieved numerous top rankings, including several national victories.
Together, Casaert Depurative and Casaert Widowhood form the basis of the Casaert philosophy: first recover fully, then build up in a controlled manner towards top performance.
